There has been a study made by Maria Åberg, doctor and researcher at the University of Gothenburg. She and her colleagues have examined the link between the results of tests of fitness and intelligence, all men born between 1950 and 1976, totaling over 1.2 million, had to do before their military service.

A study done at Brown Medical School suggest that a healthy BMI (Body mass index) is also good for memory. The formula for BMI was developed by statistician Adolphe Quetelet from Belgium in middle of 19th century, it is now a widely used measurement of obesity. Read more on retain memory

World Memory Championship 2009
Monday, March 8th, 2010The 18th World Memory Championship was held in London 12-14 th November 2009. After three intensive days of competition with over the ten disciplines a winner was crowned. 2009 winner was Ben Pridemore from the UK.
